The beautiful Villa Can Pintad is perfectly nestled in the wonderful rural idyll on the outskirts of Ruberts, a truly picturesque settlement in the centre of the island. The first thing this holiday home radiates is absolute comfort. Its seclusion means you can immediately enjoy a feeling of complete privacy, which promotes a long-term sense of regeneration. There is no road noise in the villa. Depending on the wind, aircraft noise may be audible. The picturesque garden is characterised by lush Mediterranean greenery. Pretty natural stone tiles, nooks and crannies as well as steps and little walls add a pleasant touch. In the centre of this beautiful, rustic outdoor area, we find various attractive seating areas that invite you to linger. You can enjoy your meals outdoors at the two tables and immerse yourself in the rural flair. As there is natural shade at any time of day, you will always find a pleasant spot. An evening barbecue in mild weather is a special treat. You can prepare regional delicacies to your heart's content on the barbecue. A beautifully designed, child-proof fenced pool with a natural stone wall and terrace invites you to take a long swim. You can swim laps over a length of eight metres and refresh yourself on hot days. In the pool, which is divided into different levels and tiled with decorative green mosaic stones, the water shimmers in a beautiful turquoise colour. You can relax to your heart's content on the loungers provided and perhaps even let your mind wander.







The interior of the villa is characterised by a modern and sophisticated ambience. Pretty floor tiles, wooden beamed ceilings and white walls frame the tasteful furnishings, which have been skilfully arranged in the generously proportioned rooms. In the living room, there are plenty of opportunities for various relaxation activities, be it reading, watching TV or simply doing nothing. On cold evenings, you can sit cosily and warmly in front of the fire. Another light-flooded living area with armchairs offers the opportunity to retreat alone or in smaller groups as required. The playroom in this area is certainly attractive. The kitchen area is very spacious and practically connected to the dining area in an open-plan design. The semi-circular window, modern furnishings and opulent space will inspire you to prepare meals together here. Ideally, it is fully equipped with everything you need for your daily needs, including a filter coffee machine and kettle. You can enjoy a flavoursome indoor meal together at the pretty dining table. There is also a fireplace here, which will certainly come in handy on the rare cool evenings. An attractive hallway and staircase take you upstairs. In the three stylishly designed bedrooms you will find restful peace and quiet and can recover from the day. You won't find any superfluous frills here. Instead, clarity and a cheerful but unobtrusive colour combination dominate in a pleasant way. There are two beds measuring 0.9 x 2 metres. Three bathrooms, one of which is en suite, offer natural light and excellent, modern facilities. An alarm system is also installed in the villa for absolute security.



Ruberts was declared a cultural heritage site in 2010. Wayside crosses, a small church and the remains of a Talayotic culture catch the eye here. Everything is excellently preserved and has been spared from mass tourism. The beaches of Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina are 30 and 40 minutes away by car respectively. Son Serra has fine white sand and gentle access to the water.



Villa Can Pintad is a perfect combination of modernity and romance. It is secluded on the edge of the very small, rural town of Ruberts in the centre of the island. Lloret de Vista Alegre is only 5 minutes away by car. Sineu and Algaida are also nearby (7.5 and 12 km respectively). The journey from the villa to Mallorca airport takes 30 minutes.
