We stayed 6 nights. The room was regular size for japanese hotels. We had a queen bed, the mattress was comfy but the comforter was super thin, I was disappointed because usually, in Japan, comforters are always big and fluffy. There was no disturbing noises from the streets or from the hallway. There’s 4 washing machines where you can pay with coins or with an app which was convenient for us. We tried the lunch buffet and it was very good : cooked on the spot and many delicious desserts. Overall we had a great stay at The One Five.

We stayed at OneFive Sendai for 2 nights. We had only reserved 1 night but our plans changed and they were able to accommodate us. The room was quite spacious and we liked that it was clean and newer. Bathroom had a huge countertop which was unusual for Japan and we loved it!

Very Nice Clean Hotel. Google maps does a number on itself trying to get out of Sendai station. Walk towards East Bus Loop, and JR East Exit 2.

Nice hotel for family stay

There is pre-check in. The staff are mostly foreigners. Good for English speaking customers. There is no safe in the room. The breakfast is quite nice. The hotel is located near Yodobashi building 2. U can cut through to reach.

Great location directly across the street from a subway entrance. One subway stop from the main station. New and modern, clean. A really amazing buffet breakfast for a hotel of this class. The rooms are larger than usual for this type of hotel. It was very quiet. I really like the place and I would go back anytime.

The room was a bit small, but I had a pretty comfortable stay. After checking out, I left my luggage at the front desk, but I felt uneasy about the security. I would have preferred if they managed it with tags that could identify each person.

The One Five Sendai was very nice and a great location for everything we wanted to do there! The only negative was I didn't realize they allow smoking so it smelled pretty strongly of cigarettes in the halls and the room. The air purifier helped though and overall was a nice place to stay otherwise!

Short stay on a holiday weekend.

I was visiting a friend in Sendai over this holiday weekend. The price was high due to the holiday but not terrible. The only problem I had was some difficulty with WiFi when I first checked in. After that it was fine. The hotel is very elegant and eco-aware. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very helpful and professional. One thing that is a little unique is the kiosk used for check-in. Luckily the staff helped my use this device, which takes a little getting used to.
