Submersed in nature, our Guest House is a perfect place to call home during your Finger Lakes Vacation. Enjoy a private beach with Adirondack chairs, kayaks and swimming access. Kick back around the campfire or play bucket golf on the lawn. Located just minutes from the historic town of Seneca Falls, Cayuga Lake Wine & Beer Trail, artisanal restaurants, Del Lago Casino and more!


Owner's are off site but our property manager is available for any questions or needs.

Set off Route 89, enjoy a meandering lakefront scenic route as you explore the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail and the historic area of Seneca Falls, NY.
Although Uber and Lyft are in the area, it may be hit or miss. Please reach out if you'd like recommendations for a wine trail driver.

Guests have complete and private access to The Guesthouse and immediate vicinity. Guests have a designated walking path to the private beach, that will be used only by guests. Please respect the privacy of the long-term tenants in the third house. There is plenty of room, but please respect the "private property signs". Follow the trail to the Guest beach by looking for the yellow arrows and mowed path.

This lakefront property provides a perfect spot for groups of friends or families. The Guesthouse has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and sleeps 12.

FIRST FLOOR:
-Bedroom 1: 3 twin beds with one twin trundle, sleeps 4.
-Bedroom 2: 1 full bed with a twin over twin trundle, sleeps 4.
-Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed with ensuite full bath.
-Bathroom 2 is located between bedrooms 1 and 2.

SECOND FLOOR:
-Bedroom 4: 1 full bed.
-Bathroom 3: located off the kitchen is a full bathroom.
-Large kitchen with table seating for 8. Leather sectional couch, TV, breakfast nook seating for 4.

If you'd like more space, you can rent both the Guest House and the Cottage to sleep up to 20.

While we do have a home next to the Guest House that is used for long-term rentals, there is plenty of space for all guests and tenants to have their own privacy. The Beach access is exclusively for guests at the Guest House and Estate Reservations (Guesthouse and Cottage)

Please note: there is some walking required to get to the beach. The Guesthouse is 800 feet from water edge. While the path is meticulously cared for and an easy slope down, we want to make sure that guests are aware and able to traverse this distance. Many guests enjoy renting a golf cart for bopping around the property.

★ CANCELLATION POLICY★
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 100% refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 14 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
If a guest cancels less than 14 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.

**SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please bring your own lifejackets, beach towels and water shoes for the rocky beach. **

By confirming booking, you are accepting the liability waiver below.
Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
