We constantly update this home and have added many new features and photos. It includes a full 7 bedrooms w/ 7.5 baths, sleeping 22 at the price listed.

Cloudwalker on Lake Keowee is a luxury home where you can enjoy the beauty of the lake in modern style. This newly built, uniquely custom-designed house is built for light and expansive lake views with a one-of-a-kind modern architectural style. Sleep in cozy bedrooms with lofty ceilings, all with en-suite private bathrooms. Cook and dine in the huge great room with a fully equipped kitchen, separate beverage bar, dining table seating 12, kitchen bar seating 6. Afterward, relax on the couch in front of the 36' glass wall looking out on the lake or get closer to nature on the screened porch with fireplace or sit around the outside fire pit only feet from the water's edge where you have excellent views of the sunset over the water. Six bedrooms feature king beds, and a bunk room with 6 bunks and 2 mobile mattresses perfect for the kids and kids at heart alike. 2 of these king bedrooms are in the included "apartment" above the garage which also includes a separate kitchen and living area with pull out sofa as well as a large deck overlooking the lake. This is great for those who might like to go to bed earlier or stay up later than the rest of the family. Outside features ample parking, 3000SF of synthetic turf, and a putting green all surrounded by beautiful trees and the lake. You will also have access to a dock where you can dock your own (or a rental) boat during your visit.

Want to have a party, event, or small wedding (max 75) while staying with us, please ask for approval and additional cost/details beforehand. Hot Tub cleaning fee ($250) not included & only due if used as most of our guests don't use it. There is a great lake after all ;)

Family Spring Break

We had a perfect family vacation on the lake. The layout and design of the property is so thoughtful and well done. There was plenty of space for our large group to spread out, play, and relax. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need entertain. We could not have had a better time.

Great, Relaxing House

Our group had a great experience staying at Cloudwalker. Each guest was comfortable in their rooms with en suite bathrooms, large open kitchen and living area, and of course, the beautiful yard facing the lake. I would highly recommend this house.

So well appointed and extremely well designed. Had an absolute blast with various age ranges, from toddlers to grandparents. The flat lot lent itself for everyone to feel part of the action. Cannot say enough great things about the property. Beautiful in every way.

Amazing house and location

We have a large group (5 families) and plenty of kids. The house handled us all with lots of activities and space for everyone. Communication with management was timely and he quickly resolved any issues we encountered. Tons of accessories included with the house, more than we've experienced at any other rental. Highly recommend!

2nd Stay with our ELT

This was my 2nd time using the property for my company ELT (Executive Leadership Team) offsite. My team enjoyed the house and amenities. Most of our meetings were held in the screened in porch. Having the calming water views was a huge bonus. Several team members have requested we return for our July or October ELT.

Cloudwalker was incredible! It’s a beautiful home and property that was perfect for our staff retreat. I feel like they have thought of everything and Nick made communication a breeze. We loved the outdoor spaces. The lake is beautiful and the water was so clean and clear. The inside of the home is lovely, with plenty of common spaces. I could go on and on about how much we enjoyed our stay, but you really must find out for yourself. Several members of our team were making plans to book family gatherings before we left. Thank you for the incredible stay and hospitality!!!

Used for Corporate Leadership Meeting

This property was perfect for our Corporate Leadership Meeting. We had 7 overnight guests all had their own bedroom and bath. The main area was perfect for strategy sessions. We were able to use large post-it posters on the bank of windows to document our process mapping. We used the beautiful kitchen and dining area and prepared all meals. We wrapped it up with a fire in the fire pit outside. My team loved it and want me to book it again! Thanks Nick! What a great experience!

Luxury meets relaxation and entertainment

Luxury meets relaxation and entertainment! It doesn’t get much better than CloudWalker when looking for a space on the lake for multiple families. Not only are the views outstanding, this home was built to accommodate large groups! All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and temperature control, plus an apartment with its own kitchen and bedrooms. The bunk room is perfect for the kids! The communal space has ample seating and has created multiple living spaces writhin one giant space for maximum comfort and lake views. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. The outdoor space is the highlight. Surrounded by lake views, the owners have thought of everything to make this stay a 5-star experience. Plenty of outdoor seating, games, fire pit, hot tub, dock, kayaks, paddle board, putting green, etc. It made for an entertaining and fun stay for guests of all ages! We hope to return soon!

Multi-Family Lake Getaway

Had a fabulous weekend at Cloudwalker! What a really unique home that offers plenty of space for multiple families with teenagers space to spread out and enjoy not only the fabulous view but the great home. Our teens loved having their own hang out place in the apartment upstairs to watch movies and then enjoyed the many games in the garage to keep everyone entertained. Although it was a chilly Fall weekend, they still enjoyed using a paddleboard to get out onto the water a little. I can only imagine how much fun this home is during the summer with great lake access for swimming in shallow water, boating, paddling and just being outside on the large dock. We enjoyed s'mores by the outdoor fire pit on a chilly night and the indoor and screen porch fireplaces make for lots of cozy places for men to watch football and the ladies to chat outside. The 2 kitchens are generously stocked and are perfect for preparing meals for large groups. Most of the bedrooms, excluding the bunk room are the same size so there is not a larger Master. Although they are smaller, they have enough space to sleep well as most often you are going to be outside or enjoying the larger common areas of the home. Nick was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond with any questions we had after checking in. We will definitely come back to Cloudwalker in the future. It's about at 20 min drive to Clemson so great location for anyone looking for a place to stay near the University.

Cloudwalker is a perfect home for large family gathering. Our vacation here was one of our very best! The location was convenient and the lake views spectacular from every window. We spent a lot of time on the screen porch and outside. Access to the lake and dock were very easy-no steep hills to walk down or climb back up! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards and space at the dock for a rented boat. Our family used the putting green everyday! Nick has thought of everything to make this home comfortable and enjoyable.

Fabulous or Family and Friends

If you are looking for an awesome place to gather with family and/or friends, look no further. We gathered to celebrate our grand daughter’s graduation from Clemson. It was the perfect spot. A great space with lots to do and plenty of room to spread out. The younger adults played ping pong and darts. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need with a gorgeous table to enjoy meals together. The views are breath taking from the living area. I personally loved several private seating nooks if you want to get away. I watched the birds from the window each morning. The coffee bar is an added bonus. There were so many special personal touches that made you feel at home. This home is the best I’ve ever rented. Communication was awesome. We hope to go back!

Excellent house for large group

Location is great, right on the lake. The house is very well suited to large groups. We had four families with kids ranging from high school through college (Go Tigers!). Plenty of space to spread out. The host was very responsive. We will be renting again for future game weekends.

Fall Family Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seneca! My husband and I have 6 sons and we gather together for usually a long weekend every year. We chose Seneca for a new experience and the property was perfect for our crowd. Loved the open kitchen and huge living area. One of our sons is a gourmet cook, so he was able to be part of the family vibes as he prepped the dinner. We will probably be returning next year!!

Beautiful home… very very clean. All the accommodations. Would recommend and would stay at the property again. Please pay close attention to disclosure details do ensure you full understand the bounds for capacity and consequences. It created no challenge for us as we reduced our party size to minimum. Perfect for a small intimate wedding!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! We booked this place to have a small intimate wedding ceremony with close friends and family and it was perfect! Beautiful view for pictures, multiple options for kids activities like swimming, kayaking, exploring the small island across the water, ping pong, s’mores by the fire or just simply enjoying the view! Each room had its own full bathroom and was very spacious. My husband and I stayed in the apartment which was perfect for getting ready in privacy for the wedding ceremony. The kitchen was fully equipped for hosting dinners and provided every convenience one needs to spend a week away from home. Our guest enjoyed the privacy the house spacious layout offered along with many opportunities to engage in outside or indoor activities. The host was great to work with and we will come back in the future for sure!
