Enjoy a relaxing stay on the water. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with everything from new appliances and furniture to small luxuries such as board games, DVDs, gas grill, 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, inflatable kayak, and outdoor games for your enjoyment. The property has a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains and is only a short 15 to 20 minute drive to Clemson University. Maybe you would like a mountain day trip to visit some local waterfalls or hit the trails, either skiing or off-roading, don't forget some shopping...endless possibilities. Walking distance from South Cove park where you can play tennis, pickleball, basketball, and use the boat ramp.

Due to COVID, the garbage service refuses loose trash. All garbage must be in plastic bags. $25 charge if violated.
Before leaving, verify all door are locked. This includes the sliding glass doors as well.
Upon leaving, take green trash can to the road. Trash pickup is Wednesday.
