"Un superbe hôtel ! Les gens à l’accueil étaient extrêmement serviables et sympathiques. La chambre était au 5 ieme , la vue était incroyable. L’emplacement est optimal, à deux pas de la cathédrale et de la Grande Place et directement au coeur des restaurants et boutiques."

"Nous avons beaucoup aimé la chambre qui était très grande avec toutes les commodités. Le seul point négatif, la lumière qui provenait de l’enseigne lumineuse exterieur illuminait la chambre toute la nuit, les rideaux n’étaient pas assez opaques (chambre 601).. cela aurait dû être mentionné lorsqu’ils nous ont attribué la chambre où sinon l’hôtel devrait s’assurer de mettre des rideaux adéquats pour bien obscurcir.."

"Modern hotel. Upscale experience. Very helpful Bellhop and Reception Staff. Room was spacious , upscale with L'Occitane soaps and luxurious spa amenities - robe and slippers.. We found dirt on the rug of the room when we entered and they cleaned it immediately."

"Great property, very close to everything we wanted to see and do in Brussels. We arrived by Train to Brussels Central train station, it was a very short walk to the hotel. The hotel is literally next door to St Michaels Cathedral and a short walk to Grand Place and other typical tourist spots. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay and highly recommend."

"The staff are friendly and helpful. Good selection at breakfast. The location is also very convenient. The room is a bit small but big enough. Air condition is good for the heatwave. It would be good to have a peep hole on the door but it is not a deal breaker."
