Our modern guest apartment with a beautiful balcony on the first floor of an apartment building is located in a quiet suburb of Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz.
The Buchberg is a popular local recreation area. Over ten kilometers of marked hiking trails, including the witness mountain, invite you to go hiking, jogging and mountain biking. The Buchberg is known for its beautiful views of the Albvorland and the Neumarkt valley. The city center of Neumarkt with shops, sights and museums, leisure activities but also bars and restaurants in a reasonable variety can be reached in about 5km. If you would like more information, we will be happy to help you. Nuremberg can also be reached quickly by S-Bahn. The A3 and A9 motorways, but also the B8 and B299, ensure a smooth journey.
The loft offers a quiet bedroom with double bed (160cmx200cm), a desk with chair, a wardrobe and a TV with satellite reception. The bright bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink, a bidet and a bathtub with shower screen. A chest of drawers, a small refrigerator and a shoe cabinet are available in the spacious entrance area. The living / cooking area is the heart of the apartment and invites you to linger with its warm atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter with bar stools. It includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine (Senseo), pots, pan, cutlery and dishes. A dining table with four chairs is ready for you to eat together. The cozy couch in the living room offers plenty of space to relax and can be used for two sleeping guests. These include a coffee table, a wall unit with books and a TV with satellite reception. The large balcony can be used all year round due to the roofing, but offers a great place in the morning sun when the weather is nice. Here you can enjoy breakfast and a great view of the Winnberg on the seating group with table.

Mitten in der kleinen Ortschaft Buchberg am Fuße des Berges ist die FeWo von der malerischen und idyllischen Natur der Oberpfalz umgeben. Neumarkt ist nicht weit und bietet vielerlei Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft (von der Kaffeemaschine bis hin zur Waschmaschine) lässt es einem an nichts Fehlen und der große Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und durch die Schlüsselübergabe über einen Safe gestalteten sich An- und Abreise unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt.
Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Schnelle Antwort auf Fragen. Immer gerne wieder. Wir haben uns sehr gut erhohlt.
Die Ferienwohnung lag wunderbar ruhig und entsprach vollständig der Beschreibung. Der Vermieter hatte uns vorher alle notwendigen Details geschickt. Die Lage ist ein Traum für uns gewesen. Zahlreiche Fahrradtouren und herrliche Städtchen liegen in der Nähe.
In ruhiger Lage befindet sich die Wohnung am Buchberg, einem Waldwandergebiet.
Ausgestattet mit Allem, was benötigt wird, haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auf dem Balkon konnten wir das Frühstück in der Sonne genießen.
Fußläufig ist das gute griechische Restaurant Miltos zu erreichen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Der Check-in und Check-out war durch einen Schlüsselsafe gut gelöst.
In der großzügigen FeWo fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Die gemütliche Couch und der Balkon luden zum Ausspannen nach einer Wanderung ein. Sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.
Absolut empfehlenswert!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Ferienwohnung, da besonders das Wohnzimmer schön groß ist und alles vorhanden war, was wir benötigt haben. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und zum Einkaufen ist es auch nicht weit.

Super Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Einfacher Checkin mit LockBox. Saubere Wohnung mit genügend Platz und einem großen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Absolut zu empfehlen.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich top ausgestattet - vom Bügeleisen über die Badewanne bis hin zum Saugroboter. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und eine tolle Zeit in Buchberg und Umgebung, die wirklich viel zu bieten hat.
Sehr geräumige Wohnung. Alles wichtige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden, sehr ruhige Lage. Waldnähe und dennoch Stadtnähe.
Alles perfekt, gerne wieder, wenn wir dort Urlaub machen.
