The property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 5 guests and is thoughtfully arranged across its living spaces to offer both comfort and functionality. The living and dining area features 1 sofabed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements, and opens directly onto the balcony, offering views of the sea. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and similarly opens onto the balcony. The apartment includes 2 shower rooms, each with a WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space, creating a seamless and sociable layout throughout the apartment.
