Welcome to this bright, comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. The place is a unique oasis of tranquility with the common sun deck by the sea. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace with a fantastic sea view, choose a shady spot in the afternoon and settle in with your vacation reading. Experience magnificent sunsets and watch the dolphins as you pass through the channel between the mainland and the island of Rab.



Nearby is the protected bay Zavratnica, but also the Velebit National Park, where you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes while hiking. Within a radius of 100 km there are three more national parks. To the object leads a gravel road about 2 km long, which is passable only by off-road vehicles.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage fernab vom Trubel der Hochsaison. Die Besitzer sprechen gutes Englisch, sind unglaublich nett und helfen wo sie nur können. Sowohl die Ferienwohnung als auch die Terrassen rund um das Haus und der Badeplatz sind wunderschön! Wichtig ist es die Besitzer kurz vor der Ankunft telefonisch zu kontaktieren um noch einige wichtige Informationen zu bekommen (Trinkwasser mitbringen, Straße,…). Die Zufahrtsstraße ist nämlich wirklich nur mit einem Allrad-Auto befahrbar da die Straße grob geschottert und stellenweise sehr steil ist. Wir sind zwar geländeerfahrene Autofahrer sind aber mit unseren „normalen Autos“ selbst im Retourgang nicht mehr ohne Hilfe hinaufgekommen. Die paar Allradautos sind aber ohne Schwierigkeiten auf und ab gekommen. Wir würden die Unterkunft aber trotzdem jederzeit wieder buchen. Es war eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche.

Endroit exceptionnel !

La vue est exceptionnelle, plage privée de galets agréable. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Il faut un 4x4 pour accéder à la location, chemin impraticable pour une voiture normale ! Par contre, maison peu équipée vu le prix de la location!! Nous sommes assez déçus sur ce point.
