I love Seongnam, Bundang - Seo Hyun, Sunae, Jeongja dongs. Walk the river, to to as many local parks as you can and (of course) dine well on: sam gyup sahl (grilled pork), Cham Chee Huey (raw tuna), Sahn Nak Jee (live octopus) and Duk Bolgi (chix).
