"Facility is quite old but it seems its maintenance is OK. I do not know this "Kensington" brand has something related to UK brand. Location is perfect if you focus on Seorak national mountain hike (of course it is close to beach resort). Not so much facility inside but breakfast food is excellent (variety and quality) - normally presented in free."

"Mt Seorak the East Sea and Hot spring was a quaint hotel with lovely hospitable hosts. It was conveniently located only 10 min by bus from Seoraksan National Park. The usual amenities were provided and there was a nice hot spring water shower which was great after a day of trekking. The bed was firm with lovely soft pillows and quilt. It was value for money. I would stay there again."

Although the hotel only has a breakfast bar and no other onsite food service, it is an easy walk from a wide variety of foodservice outlets, ranging from coffee shops to fast food to more traditional Korean restaurants. "Everything about this place is top notch. Our room had a great Ocean view. Breakfast buffet downstairs was a great value. Even after a terrible experience sitting on a wet chair from a spill from a previous diner, I would go back. Overall the hotel was very relaxing and had everything nearby so it was an all inclusive experience. Can’t wait to go back again soon."
