部屋は清潔で、過剰なサービスはありません。泊まった部屋は大型冷蔵庫、オーブンレンジ、シンクが備わっていて、スーパーで購入して食べることができます。ホテルのエントランスを出てすぐと、ホテルの向かいにもコンビニがあり便利です。徒歩5分くらいで3路線の地下鉄駅があるので、どこに行くのも便利でした。

We had a lovely time staying at the Westin. Our room was spacious and had the nice view of Hwangudan Altar. Every staff we met were polite and helpful. The Shilla Seoul
The staff was wonderful! Issac, Johnny and Hailee were wonderful accommodating and so attentive Answered all my questions and helped me with everything I needed. The property is 2 minutes from the train by shuttles and the location cant be beat. I would absolutely stay again.
