It can only be booked by guests who are in transit on international flights from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Guests must not clear immigration as the hotel is located inside the terminal of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Rooms can only be purchased for 6- or 12-hour stays. Guests are required to present their connecting or international flight's boarding pass at check-in. Please note that the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Low Cost Carrier Terminal (KLIA2) are not connected. Checked-in luggage cannot be retrieved if staying at the transit hotel.

This property can only be booked by guests who are in transit on international flights, or who are departing on an international flight from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). This place is amazing for a layover! The food and drink on offer but the rooms are SO quiet, air con works amazing, great location if between flights and dont need to leave the airport. Rooms were next level clean, tidy and amentities overall were just great.

We stayed at the one inside customs/immigration for a 6-hour layover. Perfectly adequate for a stay, there is food in the lounge and with a priority card, it is free. The hotel is relatively quiet considering that there are people likely going in and out at all hours of the day. Friendly service and decent rooms. It isn't anything to write home about, but works well when you have a layover at KL.
