The hotel and everything was great and I even upgraded to a premium (club room) free of charge. The staff was polite, vast choice of delicious breakfast, the décor throughout was beautiful, and the room we stayed was also great, not to mention the efficiency and fun buggy ride. Conveniently located ny attached walkway to KLIA Airport. Staff were lovely and welcoming, dining options were plentiful, rooms were well appointed and comfortable. If you have a layover at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, we recommend staying at this hotel. Our only disappointment was the pool was closed for renovations during our stay.
