On the ground floor, the bright and welcoming living room is furnished with a double sofa bed and connects directly to the veranda, allowing for a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The large kitchen, situated at the entrance level, includes a dining table and is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A decorative open-hearth fireplace adds a charming aesthetic touch to the space, and a second exit to the veranda is also accessible from the kitchen. A shower room complete with a bidet and WC is conveniently located on the ground floor. The upper floor is reached via a spiral staircase and houses 2 large double bedrooms, each enjoying direct access to a private terrace. The bathroom on this floor is fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC.
