Reception staff was very obliging when I asked to stay longer in the room as my plane was 23.20 from KLIA to London. Most hotels will charge for having extension and this place they are quite relax with us. We love the eateries round the hotel and is a good stop from the airport.

This is a top quality IBIS! Buffet breakfast is extensive with something to suit everyone's taste. The bar and kitchen was open til midnight which is great for late arrivals. The room is very clean. Aerotel Kuala Lumpur
From main KLIA term 1 you must go to level 1 and take the free shuttle to term 2, then go to level 2m where you will find the hotel. Very courteous staff, room was very clean and quiet.
