Das Hotel und die Anlage sind sehr schön designt und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Allerdings lässt der Service zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal ist nicht aufmerksam. Lieber steht das Personal im Grüppchen zusammen, um sich privat zu unterhalten. Besonders negativ aufgefallen sind die Rezeption und Guest Relations. Eine Lieferung von uns für einen Geburtstag wurde in der Früh im Hotel zugestellt. Allerdings sahen sich weder Guest Relations noch die Rezeption in der Lage, unsere Lieferung nach Zustellung im Hotel im Zimmer zuzustellen. Stattdessen lag die Lieferung den ganzen Tag irgendwo rum und niemand im Hotel sah sich in der Verantwortung, uns über die Bestellung zu informieren. Die Bestellung erhielten wir erst am Abend. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach der Bestellung war das Hotelpersonal nicht hilfsbereit und schob sich gegenseitig die Schuld zu. Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich eine gewisse Professionalität und Service. Diese Erwartungen wurden jedoch nicht erfüllt. Aufgrund der negativen Erfahrungen mit dem Service werden wir das Hotel in Zukunft nicht mehr besuchen.
