Everything was good apart from not knowing it wasn’t any alcohol serve at the bistro. I was here four years ago and they had alcohol. That wasn’t a big issue anyway.

We had a wonderful time on the island. A lovely welcome from the staff waiting for our arrival at boarding dock including a lovely send off at the end of our stay. I am Gluten Free (Coeliac) and the Chef was able to provide meals that were the same or similar to the other guests. Our room was lovely and clean with a beautiful view of ocean. Our bed was made in the morning while we were at breakfast and the same in the evening during our meal. There was plenty of activities on the island, but the highlight for us was the safari snorkelling in the coral reef. My wife and I are deaf. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay and explained what was happening during the evening entertainment. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

TV did not work no handle on balcony door bathroom door had no handle and didi not close.The lift did not work so they moved me down 1 flight of stairs to a 2 room unit that had 7 beds in it ? As the lift was not getting fixed I left 5 days earlyat my own cost.This place should not be advertised on any website.

This was my first stay at GPH, and I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service I received from check-in right through to checkout. My family and I traveled all the way from Nadi to Suva for my sister's wedding, and we were hoping we could access our room a little earlier so we could get ready in time for the celebrations. To my surprise and delight, our request was accommodated. If I remember correctly, the front desk staff member who assisted us was Luisa. Working in a five-star hotel myself, I understand how important genuine hospitality and excellent customer service are. Luisa went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was warm, professional, understanding, and incredibly helpful during what could have been a stressful day. Her willingness to assist with our early check-in made a huge difference and allowed us to prepare for the wedding without any unnecessary pressure. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly and courteous, which made our experience even more enjoyable. It's clear that GPH takes pride in delivering outstanding guest service. A heartfelt thank you to Luisa for being such a lifesaver and for making our first stay at GPH so memorable. She is a true asset to the hotel, and because of the wonderful service we received, I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend GPH to family and friends.

I found the location very convenient. They have restaurant and bar downstairs which worked for & my trip purpose . It’s not far from the CBD so one can venture out to the city and restaurants .
