Staying at the Belvédère means spending quality time in this superb 62 m² apartment on the 2nd floor of a recently built, prestigious and secure residence in Sète. Enjoy a spacious, bright living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a 21 m² covered terrace with panoramic views of the Thau lagoon.

The accommodation
This elegant, carefully decorated apartment features a large, fully equipped kitchen, panoramic views of the Thau lagoon, a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks, and a separate toilet.
Upon arrival, you'll be captivated by the spacious, light-filled living room, which extends onto a large 21 m² covered terrace offering magnificent views of the Thau Mèze lagoon, Bouzigues, Balaruc, and their oyster farms.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals and try your hand at traditional Sète cuisine: induction hob, extractor hood, oven, kettle, toaster, food processor, and Nespresso coffee machine.
The terrace is furnished with beautiful, high-quality furniture so you can enjoy your meals while enjoying the view and magnificent sunsets.
Air-conditioned and fully equipped, the apartment has been designed to offer a highly comfortable stay.
At the foot of Mont Saint-Clair, the apartment is also conveniently located near the city center. The landscaped coastal road provides easy access to the city center, as well as the fine sandy beaches and the banks of the lagoon, perfect for strolling. A shopping center is 5 minutes away. Access to the Pierres Blanches national forest hiking trail is across the street, and the Georges Brassens space is 2 minutes away.

عناصر نالت الإعجاب: النظافة
Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Küchenausstattung war top. Gutes Bett und schöne Dusche. Großer Balkon mit tollem Blick, aber die Geräusche der Straße sind auf dem Balkon nicht zu überhören. In der Wohnung war es ruhig.
