  • Make the most of this conveniently located, homely cottage, perfectly situated within the busy town of Settle within walking distance of all its offerings. Home to quaint cafes, welcoming restaurants, traditional pubs, independent shops and a thriving market each Tuesday, you will find everything you need and more virtually on your doorstep. Just outside of the town you can take a picturesque train journey on the Settle to Carlisle railway, taking you over the well-known Ribblehead Viaduct. Beyond the town, you can explore the delights of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, sitting just 6.5 miles away, or take on the famous Three Peaks of Yorkshire. Why not explore the Yorkshire Dales on 2 wheels? Take advantage of guided mountain biking rides in the Yorkshire Dales which can be offered locally by the owners' family business, subject to an additional cost.

    Leave the world behind as you step into this beautifully finished cottage that will immediately make you feel at home. As you make your way through the entrance porch, you'll enter into the light-filled, contemporary kitchen that comes complete with all the equipment you'll need to cook up a storm alongside a breakfast bar for casual dining and a dining area for formal meal times. Make your way up the bespoke oak staircase to discover the softly furnished lounge, boasting a stunning wood burner at its heart. Thanks to comfortable seating and exposed oak beams overhead, this makes a delightful space to retreat to. On the ground level, you will find the first of two king-size bedrooms, complete with en-suite shower room. Upstairs is the second bedroom, also boasting its own en-suite shower.

    Outside the property there is a pleasant stone and cobbled patio area complete with patio furniture, a lovely little spot for lunch alfresco or an afternoon G&T. And of course, a few steps down the path takes you out into Settle's much-loved market square. The exterior is just as welcoming as the interior, head outside to find a pleasant cobbled patio area, complete with outdoor furniture, perfect for the warmer months if you wish to enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the sun. Lockable storage for bicycles is available next to the cottage if you want to bring it along. Please Note: this property is accessed via a short, cobbled path. A 24-hour car park is located 50 meters away with week-long parking tickets available.
