The second bedroom, located upstairs, provides a cozy space with a double bed. The open-plan living area invites relaxation with a flat-screen TV and access to streaming services. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary and cocktail creations. Step outside to the screened-in patio, a perfect space for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the afternoon.
Guest Access:
Enjoy the beachfront swimming pool with plenty of loungers on the sundeck, ideal for soaking up the warm Caribbean sun. For those grill masters, there’s a BBQ area on-site, and the complex also provides coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests have access to free parking in a large, shared lot next to the complex.
The Neighborhood:
Immerse yourself in the dynamic atmosphere of our apartment's neighborhood, nestled in the sought-after Seven Mile Beach area. Water sports enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby access to rental shops like snorkeling, diving and paddleboarding. Within walking distance, explore various dining options, shops and vibrant bars along West Bay Road. Take a brief and scenic walk along a charming landscaped pathway and arrive at Camana Bay, and you'll discover unique shops, a bookstore, ice cream shops, a cinema, and exquisite dining experiences. They even have an outdoor water fountain splash pad for kids! A well-stocked grocery store is conveniently located nearby for all your needs.
Getting Around:
Local buses will stop anywhere flagged down at the side of the road in front of the complex. Most trips are $2 per person anywhere along West Bay Road. All taxi companies require a special license in Cayman, and fares can be a bit pricier. However, car rentals are one of the easiest and most convenient ways to get around and explore all the sites and beauty of Grand Cayman. Car rental companies are available upon arrival at the airport, but we recommend reserving in advance. Remember, driving is on the left hand side! No two places are further than an hour’s drive apart, making exploring simple! If you've booked any excursions, most of the tour operators provide free pick up and drop off services.
Other Things to Note:
**NOTICE: The swimming pool and deck will be closed for maintenance from Monday, August 4th until potentially Saturday, September 20, 2025.
Beach access will remain available for swimming.**
Please note that although there has been some beach erosion in the area with the passing of last season's hurricanes, there is still beach in front of the property which is accessible for lounging and swimming. You'll also find more beachfront just a short stroll north along the main road, giving you the opportunity to explore and experience the area.
