There was a huge selection of tea and coffee sachets with the kettle, and the chocolate and biscuits were very tasty. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, and the staff were excellent, accommodating my dietary requirements. I would love to stay here again, and will certainly be recommending the Tiger Inn to friends and family."

"Excellent 1 night-stay near the Long Man of Wilmington. Perfect if you also want to explore South Downs/Seven Sisters Cliff - Room was nice, staff was friendly, food was great. Only changes I would suggest are option of thinner pillows/summer duvet during summer months, and milk for the tea offered in the bedroom. "

"Wingrove House is a welcoming small hotel in the heart of the historic village of Alfriston, just off the South Downs Way. It has been sympathetically restored to make it a comfortable, modern hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spotless. There is a comfortable lounge and I enjoyed sitting there with a book in the evening. Breakfast was also delicious and the restaurante service was great."

"Nice friendly staff on arrival. Room was large and comfortable, with ensuite bathroom. Lovely large bath, but shower was a bit hit and miss with temperature. Well stocked hospitality tray which included hot chocolate and biscuits, plus tea and coffee. Hotel is conveniently located to town, beach, restaurants and theatres. On site parking was a bonus (and free). Breakfast was cereal, fruit salad etc, plus choice of hot food, cooked to order. This was our third stay and will be returning....
