Beachy Head walks very close by and superb promenade walks right out front by the sea. Great for Congress Theatre. Splendid historic building, facilities and friendly staff. Parking on site. Fabulous varied breakfast....cereals, fruits, smoked salmon/meats/cheeses and served hot breakfasts. Love it there. Thanks"
