"Lovely home! Even better than the listing photos. Very clean and well-maintained, pool included. I only used the primary bedroom--the king bed was super comfy. This home is located in a lovely, planned community with shopping nearby. I appreciated the option to park in the attached garage. Quick 10 min drive from AZA/Gateway Airport. Owner responded to messages promptly and was very pleasant. My only suggestion would be to install a wi-fi keypad lock on front door for easier arrival and departure. But that may not be the owner's preference. I would easily stay here again and highly recommend to others!"

"This is a very nice house, one of the best I have rented in Phoenix. I is huge and comfortable . The backyard is great. We had permission to have a family meal gathering at the house for a funeral and 25 people fit in just wonderfully. I would highly recommend this property."
"We really enjoyed our long weekend at this place. I absolutely loved the patio area. I would recommend this place to everyone. Great area for plenty to see & do. We only had 2 complaints which was the AC can’t be lowered but we were comfortable, so not really a complaint. The 2nd one is the water in the shower on our last day never got hot. Other than those 2 things we had a great time. If we’re ever in that area again we will stay here again! "
"We are local and were looking for a place everyone could stay at together. We were not disappointed!This home was extremely spacious, clean, and very welcoming. Our family enjoyed every aspect from the pool and grill to livings for movies and a game of pool. The kitchen had everything we didn’t bring and it overwell just a pleasant memorable stay, thank you! "I had my family come in town for my son’s graduation and they stayed here. This was the best VRBO for a family that I have ever stayed in. Very clean and VERY family friendly. Everyone had a great time and there was so much to do at the house. The kids had a blast. I would highly recommend this place for families. Host was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. 10/10!!"
