The pods were very clean (not true for other Futurotels I’ve stayed in) but I don’t like that they have TVs in the pods because the dude above me had his on full blast all night. I had to ask staff to tell him to turn it down at 1:30 am. Other than that, it was a good place for a cheap bed.

I arrived at the property early and was shown a Café where I could wait, which was only a short walk away. The staff were quite accommodating at first, but when they showed me my room, I was shocked to see that a large double bed completely covered the living area. I asked the staff person showing me the room if she could do something about it but she remained non-committal. I thin examined the bed to find that it was two single beds put together so I went and asked the staff if they could remove one of these, once again they we non-committal even though on a notice they put under my door it said, ‘Our staff will be happy to help you with whatever you need to make your experience even more comfortable.’ The next day I took action myself and put the second mattress on its side against the wall, together with the metal frame. I then had room to live in.

1 shared bathroom across 8-10 pods and the toilet was blocked all night. The temperature in the pod was stuck at a minimum of 28 degrees all night and the air con did not make a difference, was too hot to sleep.

Estaba interesante el hotel, lo unico malo fué que hice una reservacion a una habitacion con baño privado, y al momento de hacer el check in, me notificaron que habia un error entre wl hotel y expedia, por lo que me tocó una capsula con baño compartido, capsula que estaba muy caliente y no dejó que descansaramos como queriamos, y el baño no estaba en las mejores condiciones.

Tengo ad aggiungere una nota non per la struttura ma destinato ad Expedia. Nei servizi della camera si parla di bagno privato che non è! Ero una stanza con altre 17 Baita (anche se la parola giusta sarebbe capsula) con un unico bagno, moltiplicato per 2 persone, c'è ben poco di privato! Si tratta a tutti gli effetti di un hostel con bagni in comune e zero privacy.

Mala experiencia

El hotel no es lo que está en la propaganda del Hotels.com. Pague por un cuarto individual con baño privado y llegué me han dado una cápsula incómoda con escaleras para subir, sábanas sucias y problemas en el termostato. No pude dormir por la noche porque la temperatura era de 27 grados dentro de la cápsula. No hicieron nada para solucionar el problema. Salí el día siguiente sin completar mi estadía. Estoy esperando que me hagan la devolución del pago y hasta ahora nada!!

Excelente opción en cuanto a calidad-precio. Los pods son modernos y cómodos, con una cama espaciosa que evita cualquier sensación de encierro. Lo único que no me gustó es que no puedes apagar las luces del fondo del pod completamente entonces me costó dormir un poco. Además, cuentan con una taquilla amplia donde puedes colgar tu chaqueta, guardar tu ropa y encontrar un kit de baño. Las duchas son de primera calidad, con excelente presión y opciones de hidromasaje. También disponen de una cocina bien equipada con cubiertos y electrodomésticos para preparar algo sencillo o disfrutar de una comida en el hotel. La ubicación es ideal, rodeada de restaurantes y supermercados, y de fácil acceso siguiendo el bonito paseo junto al río.
