Our family, 5 adults, had a great stay. Perfect location in the middle of the city, but still very peaceful while in the apartment. We even had our own little terrace on the roof, simple but nice with a table under the shade and to sunbeds.

Nice place to stay!

Good location, very walkable and not busy or noisy. Very walkable, being one block from the fine arts museum, with many restaurants and shops within five blocks. Access to mass transit is not outstanding. Our two-bedroom apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable.

We stayed with a baby daughter and the apartment had everything we needed like cot and high chair on request. Lady at the reception provided five star service and went extra mile to ensure we got everything we needed. All amenities were walking distance which was brilliant!

Apartment was great value for money and perfect for a long weekend trip. The rooftop pool is great with a big area to chill/subathe. Reception staff were very helpful when checking in and provided us with recommendations. Decent area within walking distance to cathedral and other areas. Only downside was the confusing email received for “online check in” stating we owed money when we had already paid in full!!

Only complaint is the street noise due to vehicles and street cleaners every night until 3 or 4 in the morning. Would stay here again due to location but only in a room away from the street.

A great choice for city center

An excellent choice in the city center. Right across the street from the Plaza Museo. Very clean. The electronic keys seemed to give some guests a problem as every time I entered or left there were people pushing ineffectively on the front door.

Good sized apartment and we’d booked a duplex with terrace so we could sit outside in a private space which was lovely. Despite seeing hen parties which are supposedly not allowed, they weren’t noisy. Lack of wardrobe space was annoying. Easy stroll into centre and near the river

The checkin was challenging as they have two buildings and the guy at our building left without completing the checkin. The other building is where the reception is open until midnight. The apartment itself was clean with a nice kitchen. Parking is very challenging and not at the Tempa Museo location.

Pros: Location not too touristy and quiet. Spacious room and 20min walk to attraction. Friendly and polite receptionist, you can leave the luggage with them if arrive before checkin. Cons: the toilet is in the middle of the room and we can smell drainage smell after 1 day, not very strong but still unpleasant. Dryer is not working thus we need to send our laundry to laundromat dryer next morning Overall, is a nice place to stay.

Great location. It is a walking distance to cathedral, city center, and auto bus station The apartment is spacious and comfortable. There are many great places to eat around the area. We only had one issue with the soap dispenser in the bathroom. The pump didn’t work and we couldn’t get the shower gel. We had to use our own instead. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to others.

Pros: Spacious property Lovely location (not too touristy, quiet, charming, accessible by taxi and a 20min walk tops to all historical attractions) Free coffee sachets provided in our kitchen Welcoming staff, very polite and helpful Easy check-in and communication Great value for the price you pay overall Cons: Check in of 3pm is quite late, even then it took 35 minutes to get our room ready so we were let into the property at 3:35pm. WiFi was weak in certain parts of our apartment (we stayed on the 2nd floor and had a terrace) Overall we will certainly pick this place again if we were to return to Seville.

The hotel was in a great location. Parking was close, however, it was not easy to find as there was more than one parking area. When leaving the parking area, the garage wouldn't open for us without having to call and wait on hold for almost 10 mins. Also it was on such a narrow street we scraped the bottom of the rental car getting out. Because there seemed to be 2 locations for the hotel, checking in was difficult. We had to go to a different location to check in. And i f Got a message from the hotel asking me to still complete my checkin. So i had to go back the next morning to complete it. Phones werent answered quickly. But when i did speak with staff they were friendly and tried to be helpful. The room was great and clean and it was helpful to have cleaning supplies included.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Central location, many sights are within walking distance. Unfortunately, our apartment (no. 201) had no heating, only a mobile air conditioning unit. When we arrived in the afternoon, it was very cold in our apartment. The mobile air conditioning unit showed the error code E5 when it was switched on. Unfortunately, there were no instructions for use and as the reception in Tempa Museo is only open until 6pm, we had to go to the other building. There we were told to unscrew the bottom cap on the back to let the water run out. After we had let the water run out as instructed, the air conditioning unit worked. However, the water must be drained from the appliance every 2 hours or so. Also, one unit for 3 rooms is a bit small, so I wouldn't come back in the winter months. We missed a tea towel in our apartment, but otherwise everything you need was there. In the warmer months definitely recommended

Great location but not amenities. I would expect coffee maker in the room and kitchen towel. We were 4 adults and only enough hot water for one person. Had to wait at least an hour to take a shower again. No instructions on how to set thermostat. No extra blankets or towels.

Very difficult to get in our apt after 6:00 What’s ap is not usual for Americans. Took over an hour to get into our unit Clean. Very firm beds.
