Room is very clean, price is fair. However, expect to stay with a number of energetic university students. There's no curfew and you can hear them partying all night long.

Seville Marathon

Enjoyed my stay here and it was near to the start of the marathon. Very good value for money and very clean. The accommodation had everything I needed.

No toilet paper but I’d still come back

The dorm room was very comfortable clean and a good location can take a cheap Uber or cab into the city easily! However I was there for five nights and no one replaced my toilet paper or gave new towels or seemingly did any maintenance! Maybe you need to ask them for this but I would assume hotels in other parts of the world are the same where they come daily to maintain. I’m from the USA and a maid comes in everyday normally. Can’t beat the price and location but I had to steal a roll of TP from the lobby bathrooms!

The place is a student campus. Rooms are spacious with private bathroom. The girl at check in was very kind. Parking nearby easy. Worth to stay at least one or two nights because of room price a bit high.

I spent a total of 10 hours here. Was a very affordable simple place to sleep before an early flight . It is nothing fancy but the price is right. Pizza shop across the street was delicious. Security guards very kind and helpful. Perfect for 1 person. Looking for a hassle free, cheap place to crash before a early flight.

According to check-in details, this place is only for students and staff. After multiple attempts of trying to contact the property, this could not be clarified so had to book somewhere else. Seems a bit of a scam to me.

There was nothing good about beside being clean. The rest was very bad. They didn't had a person at the front desk that spoke English or any other language beside Spanish, or that was able to resolve any problem or that was able to give you any info about the surrounding, like where was the bus stop or a place where you can eat except the one across the street.

I loved the property, what I have a problem with is the fact that Expedia wouldn't add some facts about the amenities to the actual website. There is a pool but it is seasonal. On the website there are 2 pools mentioned but in actuality there is only one. I asked Expedia to change that on their site as I only rented the space because I needed to be able to swim everyday. When I spoke with someone at Expedia, multiple people, they all played me for stupid and kept saying very rude and derogatory excuses. Basically, MiCampus was very communicative about the fact that they have told Expedia many times about the schedule for when the pool is open, but it seems Expedia is into falsely advertising that there are 2 pools that you can use, when all actuality there is none until May, when they open. BAD JOB EXPEDIA> POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and just take my money. I literally only rented the space for the pool. BOO!

En general es una residencia con todo y tiene buen servicio, me quedo varia veces al año. Esta vez me ha tocado lamentablemente una habitacion con muchas ormigas y animalitos que volavan en la cama, signal de mala limpieza. Faltaba tambien servicio basico como secador que solo tenian 5/6 piezas, segun ellos. Muy poco para una residencias con 12 pisos y unas 15 apartamentos por piso.

Bien, pero problemas con factura

Todo bien, menos por el tema de pedir factura. El establecimiento me pasó una factura con un importe distinto (inferior) a lo que yo pagué a través de la app. Y para mí es un problema. Es la primera vez que me pasa!
