Enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming 30 m² apartment with terrace and garden, ideally located between Lake Annecy and the mountains. Nestled in our family home, you benefit from a totally independent entrance and outdoor space, for a peaceful stay like at home.

The apartment has a bright living area with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, as well as an upstairs bedroom that can accommodate two people. A sofa bed is also available for a child or teenager, and a baby cot can be provided on request. Bed linen and towels are provided for more comfort, and the mattress has been changed recently (July 2025).

Ideally located, you will be only 5 minutes from the cycle path along the lake, 10 minutes walk from the beach of Sevrier and 15 minutes by bike from the historic center of Annecy. Nature lovers will also appreciate the hiking departures in the immediate vicinity and the ski resorts accessible in less than 30 minutes. A parking space is included to facilitate your stay.
