Sunny site located on a cliff above the sparkling Seward lagoon, the newly renovated lock off apt enjoys incredible panoramic bay and mountain views, private and peaceful accommodations with high end finishes and furnishings. Custom modern kitchen with Hertco cabinets, quartz countertops,, hardwood flooring, and top of the line appliances, Miele, Bosch, Kohler, etc. There is a cooktop and a new top of the line drawer microwave for baking. New world class memory foam mattresses in both the stylish new bedroom and the pull out full size sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a European down comforter, as well as a down topper and high thread count linens. Two new large flat screen TVs, a Bose Bluetooth speaker for music, fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet. To those who might temper expectations around what an Alaska small town VRBO might look like, you would be misguided to do so with the VRBO at 1125 Cliff View Place in Seward. The place is gorgeous. It was clean and modern, offering a great view of the nearby lagoon, Seward boat harbor, and mountains of Resurrection Bay. If you are in town and in need of a place to stay, you can’t go wrong with this one.

We loved our stay in Susan's Seward home. It was so clean and well maintained. We used the kitchen to cook and had everything we needed. I slept on the sofa bed and it was very comfortable - felt just like a regular bed. We also loved the hiking trail right out the front door. Beautiful view in Seward

This property had everything we needed and close by a lot of attractions. From hiking, shopping, restaurants and bars to boat tours and fishing this location has all you need for two to three people. The pull out couch is actually very comfortable so having three in our party was no problem at all. Thanks for providing this lovely, beautifully renovated VRBO. This was our first trip to Alaska and we will be coming back for sure!

A great escape!

We enjoyed our stay. The flat is perfect for a couple. It has a well-equipped kitchen, comfie couch, plush bedding, a bidet toilet, and a wonderful view from the bed. The neighborhood is quiet and includes a short hiking trail around 2 hidden lakes that leads you downtown. Nothing is far away in Seward, so the flat is an easy drive to groceries, craft beer, and wonderful hiking...don't miss Tonsina, Mount Marathon, and the Exit Glacier/Harding Icefield hikes.

Probably one of the nicest, well appointed homes we’ve stayed in via VRBO. Clearly the owner has taken such care in “curating” this apartment. We loved how we overlooked Seward. You could see our blue building as we went out on a whale cruise. The washer-dryer combo was perfect for cleaning our clothes before getting on the Holland America cruise.

Can we give more than five stars???

Our stay at Dean and Susan's beautiful Seward apartment could not have been more enjoyable. The location is perfect, quiet but very convenient to everything Seward has to offer. The decor is magazine-worthy and every amenity is available. The apartment is very well laid out, perfectly suited for a couple. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the breathtaking views at the rear. In summary, we'd love to come back some day and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Seward.
