The location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful. Views are tremendous. It's the Staff that make the Overton all that it is and worth being called the best place to stay in Lubbock! I've been staying here since 2021

The room like it was not fully clean. We only had one towel and two hand towels that looked like they had been used. The room smelled like oil. Jus didn’t feel clean this time around. Breakfast area was very dirty
