Alisa was very attentive to our needs to make sure we had a great stay. She welcomed us to the hotel and told us about the different amenities. We had a great time at Shanghai Banyan hotel! From the moment we stepped out of our Didi van, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They attended to our needs with patience and care. The breakfast buffet offers ample selections of Eastern and Western palates. The room is practically an aromatherapy session for the senses, offering a choice of aroma incense or aroma wax. The views of the Bund, day or night, were awesome. There are a couple of good shopping centers within walking distance and a jogging track if you feel like it. A perfect place to wind down and relax after all the hard work.
