Awesome hotel near shanghai disneyland. The provide free shuttle bus to and from disneyland. The staffs can speak english and very helpful. Definitely will come and stay to this hotel again.

For Disneyland hotel

First, the good stuff. The staff are amazing and helpful. They have lots of shuttle buses for disney. We asked for an air purifier and they got us one asap. The beds are comfortable and air conditioning works. Good water pressure in shower. Big breakfast with lots of options(way cheaper, and better, if you can get food shipped to the hotel with E Le Ma or MeiTuan though). Second, the not good stuff. The room smelled like moldy carpet. There are no restaurants in walking distance so using mei tuan or E Le Ma is a must for food unless you plan to take a 30min taxi to crystal plaza(closest big mall). For foreigners this can be difficult without a local phone number. There are only 3 shuttle times to and from Pudong airport. All in all, this hotel is perfect for those just going to disney and doing nothing else.

An absolute 5-star experience! This hotel is undoubtedly one of the best choices for anyone visiting Shanghai Disneyland. They offer complimentary shuttle services to and from both the airport and Shanghai Disneyland, making transportation hassle-free. On the hotel's recommendation, we booked their guided service for our day at Shanghai Disneyland. It turned out to be an excellent decision! My family visited the park on a Tuesday, expecting fewer visitors, but surprisingly there were over 60,000 people. Thanks to our fantastic guide, we managed to enjoy 12 attractions throughout the day. Without the guide's help, I believe we would have only managed 6 to 7 rides due to the long queues, especially since we only had standard tickets without FastPass. The guide went above and beyond—helping us borrow a power bank, purchasing lunch on our behalf, booking shows, securing prime spots for watching the parade, and taking wonderful family photos. Truly thoughtful service and deserving of a 5-star rating!

部屋はきれいで、朝食もブッフェ形式でとてもおいしいです。 徒歩圏内に駅はないのでやや不便。ホテルが駅までのシャトルバスを出しているが、出発の時間が決まっているため、少し自由さが欠ける。 ディズニーランドからホテルに戻ってコンビニエンスストアが近くにあればよいなと思うことがあったが、近くにはない（10分くらい歩いたところにNovotel Shanghai Cloverがありその目の前には、セブンイレブンとファミリーマートがあるのでそこまで歩く必要がある） 施設面については非常に良いホテルだが、上海を自由に観光する面では少し工夫が必要かなと感じる
