Room was nice, clean and spacious all the amenities were great. The staff I interacted with even though we had a language barrier were very nice and accommodating. They even helped us get our lugagge shipped to chengdu while we were outside shopping. We mostly took didi's but noticed on the last day that metro station was extremely close. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Shanghai.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed with The location is the BEST! Where we stay is quite newly developed area where you have all kinds of shops and restaurants available for you The View!! The room we were assigned has the most incredible view looking over Huangpu River, 270 floor to ceiling view, you can’t ask for more . I would encourage everyone to pay a little more for thx River view room You msg need to walk a little longer like 12 -14 mins to the metro which was totally time...

Really nice affordable hotel in Shanghai! Super clean room with a great view, very well maintained. Not super centrally located for travelers but worth it if you're looking for a really nice hotel for a decent value in Shanghai. Still a lot of really good food options within walking distance.

The building / room is as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. What really sets it apart is the incredible staff and remarkable breakfast. Worth every penny and the perfect place to stay if you would like to treat yourself in Shanghai.

Good location with lot of access to nearby malls, eateries, restaurants but yet not overly crowded area. New modern hotel.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a 59 story hot tub/pool. Great selection of restaurants and in a nice area.

Room size very good! Located on an excellent location. One block from the famous walking shopping street. The staffs are excellent. The only thing need to improve is the hair dryer, air comes out way too strong. Definitely gave you a typhoon hairstyle.
