I was amazed and completely enchanted by the quality of services provided by this hotel. Their professionalism is second to none . The welcome cookies I have never experienced in all the hotels I have so far stayed since I have been travelling, and the cookie is not even just an ordinary cookies , but a cookie made with passion and care in mind. I look forward to staying in this hotel if I do visit Shanghai again
