Good value for the money

Pricier rooms are higher up, with a view of gold-color dragon boats on a lake in a park. Reasonably clean rooms, all with separate bathroom and T.V. Choice of breakfast included or not. A small food market, department store, railway ticket office, and small shops are within walking distance. My bathtub drain was a bit slow. Traveler's Checks get a better rate than cash at the hotel, with A LOT LESS WAITING than at the (same rate) bank down the block.
