Chose this hotel because of its unique architecture and hip trendy vibe. The hotel's architecture and history has been preserved well while giving the rooms a trendy black-and-white makeover. I really liked the hip modern retro vibes of the place. The room is very spacious with a living room, kitchen and washing machine, so it really feels like a home away from home. Friendly service from all the staff including Lucas and Candy who offered prompt assistance to all our requests via Wechat. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the malls at Nanjing Road, there is also a nice cafe next door. Breakfast spread is somewhat limited to just toast and some local snacks from the food truck, but the taste is okay.

This boutique hotel is in an excellent location, with a friendly and helpful staff, and spacious rooms with view. They also offer complimentary simple but nice breakfast served in a delightful cart just outside the hotel managed by a lovely mother-daughter team.

No complaints at all. Travel with family and stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. From check-in to the day we checked out, we had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. All staffs were helpful and able to communicate in English. Love the butler service. Staffs were friendly and always willing to help - offer dining recommendations or bringing coffee to your room when ran out in the lobby.

We stayed at a two bed room design condo, corner suite - the best room available in this hotel which was fantastic. The room is clean and beautiful with everything you need, and all of the staff are very kind and friendly. The location is good - walking distance from Nanjing dong-ru, within 1.5km from Xintiandi, Bund, Yuyuan. If you plan to spend the most of your time in Puxi area, Opartment will be a great choice. We strongly recommend this hotel

The Boutique itself is excellent in architecture , design , location , the washing machine / dryer was so much convenient to have . The nearby cafes , convenient store , shopping malls , metro , tourist attraction and restaurant was excellent . The staff has impeccable service , the outstanding staff was Ben ( Manager ) friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgable , helpful in suggestions/ recommendation with how to navigate Shanghai and always smiling . another outstanding staff is Jia Xia ( housekeeping) the excellent room cleaning , friendly , accomodating to the needs of guest , honest and always smiling 😊 the breakfast was always delicious and has a good variety , the outdoor was such a unique experience , so cute the tables , chairs and kiosk style . The appliances has top notch brand , white goods Miele , Delongi, the heated Toto toilet , The Grown Alchemist toiletries , the super comfortable bed mattress and pillows and crisp clean linen and towels . The welcome fruits and sparkling water . The noise proof walls , windows and doors . Our room has balcony with people’s park views and city views yet we never heard any noise of cars and people walking talking along the side streets . Overall , we are looking forward to come back to this hotel and recommend the hotel to our overseas friends and families .
