"I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a lovely atmosphere that made the stay even more special. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. A special mention goes to Rosemary, who was truly exceptional. She has such a beautiful character, a warm and welcoming personality, and a genuine kindness that made a lasting impression. She brought so much life and warmth to the hotel and made the experience feel extra special. Staff members like Rosemary are what truly make a place stand out and create memorable experiences for guests. The combination of the beautiful property, convenient location, lovely views, and outstanding hospitality made this stay a fantastic experience. "Really lovely hotel close to the harbour - its on the quiet side of the river but is great for an evening walk when the city lights up. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and happy to help. Breakfast at the hotel was great, there is a wide variety to choose from. Really enjoyed our stay."
