Poor check in

We booked this hotel as it says check in at noon and we were landing into Shanghai after a 15 hour flight. Prior to arriving we requested if we could have our rooms early if possible. We arrived and were told check in was at 2pm. I explained that I had messaged and if possible we could have our rooms as we booked this hotel knowing it was a 12pm check in. . We felt they were very rude and not accommodating and we had to wait a long time for our room.

Great Hotel with super service

We had a great stay at the hotel, service in the hotel is great. The hotel is very close to the Congress Center. If you are not there for a congress; it is for from everything. 1 min away you will find a small walking street with 10-15 restaurants

상하이국제전시장 도보이동 가능한호텔

전시장 도보이동이 가능한 위치라 선택한호텔이었으나, 복도소음이 그대로 전달되고, 흡연룸이 같은층이라 간혹 담배냄새가 룸으로 넘어와서 불편함이 있었습니다. 시내하고도 상당히 먼 거리도 단점. 전시장에 볼일이 있는 경우가 아니라면 추천하지 않습니다
