We rented a small apartment with a kitchen. Everything was clean. There were enough cutlery and utensils for us to cook a nice meal and create a nice breakfast in the morning. Had no hot water 1st morning but was fixed very quickly. Only downside is it took 3 attempts of calling and leaving messages to extend my stay 1 extra night.
