Hello the room was nice however it would be nice to have slippers staff were lovely bathroom could be cleaner some towels had black marks on them

The Grand Hotel Birmingham
Breakfast was phenomenal. It was strange that there was only one robe in the double bedroom and I wish coffee and biscuits were replenished in the room every day. Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say. This was my third stay in this hotel and I love it there every time.
