"I think this property will be great once they have everything in place. When my group checked in, the wardrobe was not installed so there was no place to hang jackets, the was not air conditioning in the room requiring us to have to open the windows which invites the noise from the downtown traffic in. The entry way smell like cat urine. The breakfast was great when it was fresh, but without heat under the pans the food became cold and rubbery by the end of breakfast. Maybe 11am is too late to offer breakfast?"

"Everything was clean and well maintained, and the entire experience felt easy and smooth from start to finish. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The location was great and made getting around very convenient. Room service food was also really good. Overall, this was my favorite hotel during our Egypt trip and I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent staff from arriving through the front being greeted by the friendly door staff, professional front desk to staff in the restaurants and housekeeping. Breakfast in Culina was spot on with a buffet offering a great variety. The bars have a great range of drinks both alcoholic and non. The rooms are spacious clean, they get serviced twice a day, and are left immaculate by the housekeeping. Location is good with a museum at the back of the hotel. Also a 10 minute walk to downtown shops. I will recommend this hotel to all travellers to Cairo. I would stay there again "

"I had a wonderful stay at Al Rashedy Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great value in a central location. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the old city, right next to the historic Sayyidna Al-Hussein Mosque, Khan El Khallili and Al Azhar, and it was truly enjoyable hearing the lively atmosphere and sounds of the Adhan each day. My single room was very comfortable and well-equipped, including reliable free Wi-Fi. The double bed was especially cozy, with a warm down comforter and plush pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the exceptional staff. The front desk team was consistently friendly and welcoming. The young woman who checked me in whose name started with an “L”(sorry I forgot your name) but she always greeted guests with a warm smile, which set a positive tone throughout my stay. Ibrahim at the front desk was also very helpful and attentive whenever I had questions. Housekeeping, especially Karima, did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. All in all, Al Rashedy Hotel offers a fantastic combination of location, comfort, and service at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The location is great, the bed is exceptionally comfortable and the sheets were amazing. However, even though we were in a non smoking room/floor, our room smelt smoky. We suspected there were people smoking on the floor and it also was coming in through the vent. The hotel seems to prioritize the comfort of smokers, you can tell that in the lobby where part of it is smoking …. So that means it’s all smoking. We went to other floors to check them out to see and we felt that no floors were truly non smoking so we didn’t ask to be moved. I cannot believe in this day and age any chain would allow indoor smoking. Everything is extremely expensive, example, a cup of tea is $6.00 and a glass of sparking wine is about $20.00. Definitely not worth it and no ambiance in the lobby."

"horrible experience stay! If you make the booking with Veda hotel, the address will bring you to Valencia hotel. I think it is kind of cheating because both are actually same Hotels! If you search google review for Veda hotel, that a lot of good comments under it which I believe those are fake reviews. If you try to search Valencia hotel u can see a lot of real comments which are bad! The room we stay is not same as the room pictures advertised for Veda hotel in website!l as well! Also, the room was very dirty! very uncomfortable to stay in it but luckily I just stay one night. Do think twice before u make the decision to book this hotel."
