"The hotel is a bit old, but still comfortable. The staff is super kind. Usually calm, the last few days a bit less due to some children that were allowed to run and shout all over (even during dinner) by their parents. There were other children in the place but they were normally joyfull and reasonably loud (they are still children). I would have expected the hotel staff to do something. "Best stay I had in a very long time in egypt, at the reception they gave us a free upgrade and the rooms were so spacious and clean. The animation staff were soo friendly and fun especially ahmed and romany who really made our stay 100 times better and by far the best animation team members me and my friends have met. The food was good and there was decent variety although i wouldn't recommend any poultry. The shows and parties were so livid and fun and overall the stay was more than amazing. i would recommend this hotel to any group of friends who want to have a very fun and luxurious stay "
