Surrounded by tall trees, flowers and natural splendours. Minutes away from the lake, famous Shawnigan Lake school, village and so many local attractions such as the famous Kinsol Trestle, wine tours, Mill Bay marina/ocean and hiking/biking trails. Backyard faces Renfrew Road which is along Shawnigan Lake and is fenced to protect your fury friend. 5 minutes from public beach access at Shawnigan Park beach located near the village in the heart of town. A Hot tub/ spa is also available for your enjoyment. Stroll the Shawnigan Village Rail Trail to Mason’s store or Mason’s beach. A 2 minute drive from Village on Shawnigan Lake Road right on Recreation Road takes you Old Mill Waterfront Park with a sandy beach and playground. West Shawnigan Lake Provincial Park is nearby and is a sanctuary for Douglas fir and also has lakeside beach access. A 5 minute drive to Kinsol Trestle for cyclists and hikers. Short drive to “Napa of the North” Cowichan Valley with 14 unique wineries making it a destination wine region.
