No grab rail, high sided bath, bath base higher than floor, no anti slip strips in key places., temperature of bath or hand basin varies according to how many other people on the floor are turning on their taps at the same time..... bizarre, and a recipe for scalding."

"I cannot recommend Walpole House enough! Joe was so helpful and communicative. The house has everything you need and is well stocked. I really appreciated the design of the house, a lovely space to spend time in. There is ample outdoor space, relaxation space, kitchen equipment etc. Beds were comfortable. Everything has been thought of!"

"I was given an upgrade because the freezer in the garden flat was broken and would have meant repair men coming in while I was occupying the flat. I was given the option of having the house upstairs instead. I took it and had a 3 story house to myself. It was immaculate and I count myself lucky to have been given this option. I'm sure the garden flat would have been just as nice but this was amazing. The location was close to everything, only a few minutes from the sea-front. I had a full kitchen and a bathroom and shower. The bed was comfy and I watched the sunset from my window every night. What an experience! 10 out of 10 from me."
