Spacious room (though not the most modern) and comfortable bed. The bathroom is the highlight of the room: Japanese toilets!

Grand Hyatt Shenzhen
Hotel is a newer hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Staffs are polite and helpful. Location is great, connects to an indoor mall which is very helpful when hot weather that you don’t want to be out under the sun.
