The property was amazing. The hotel was very clean. There is a large shopping mall right next door to the hotel. There was a lot nice places to eat there. The room was nice with a view of the harbor.

I saw the staff at the restaurant used the same towel to clean the floor and wipe the coffee machine and the coffee mug. I feel like the staff in this hotel are lacking of international standards. I hope this will be improved.

Surely a distinguishing Hilton brand

It’s an extremely good hotel and one of those 5 stars which can provide the international standard of a Hilton brand hotel. It’s unfortunate that it’s located in an area where economic development seemed to be put on hold and it’s not as well used as it’s targeted to be. I do recommend that the hotel should have a dress code for people who are having breakfast in the restaurant on 5th floor. I saw a lady dressed in light pink pajamas with her long hair below her waist line. It’s extremely inappropriate and untidy and I believe people who are in the local culture do not know how ghostly they looked ,and need to be reminded on this. I have 2 pictures to provide if hotel management is interested in knowing how horrible and ghostly this lady appeared in the restaurant this morning. I seriously things can change if the hotels help educate.
