My first room is no good, sounds like some Eletric line got loose and keep hitting the roof, pretty annoying for me 1st night. I switch the room the next day. Overall Personal I don't like the design of the room, high ceiling but dark stone edge frame, uncomfortable and a litter scare. The coffee cart on the hall is not convenient to use, people sell the coffee and desert was unfamiliar with the flavors,

As long-time fans of Hilton worldwide, our recent stay at the Hilton Shenzhen Futian was highly disappointing. We encountered a foul-smelling toilet and a face towel reeking of cigarette smoke. The property feels dated due to its old-fashioned design and lack of proper room maintenance. While the friendly and helpful staff were a bright spot, we expect a 5-star brand like Hilton to address these issues and improve.

Morning breakfast is good with a lot of varity to choose from. However, we came down at about 10:40am as the section will end by 11am. The manager was politely asking us to finish up the food and leave the restaurant by 11:35 or 11:40 latest as they were about to start their lunch buffet. I believe this is not a very good practise at all. They should let those late coming guest know that the location will be ended at certain time so guest can know in advance. Other hotels can let the guest to complete their food there without being asked to leave the venue. This is a point that they can improve.

All in all a good stay in Hilton, lovely room and staff were great. The rainforest shower head is amazing! I think your dry cleaning policy is horrendous - near $120 Aud for 6 t shirts, one shorts and 3 underwear Shirts weren’t even ironed properly.. I pay less when I stay at Hilton in Sydney Australia
