Beautiful part of the world

This hotel is in such a picturesque area and I always love staying here. The staff are lovely, friendly and go out of their way to look after the guests. The Warren Lodge is a gem. Don’t overlook it! ❤️

The room was clean, tidy and had everything that we needed for a 1 night stay, the bed was comfy too! For the price I paid, the accomodation was definitely acceptable. I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast. For the price I did expect a little more than one of each, considering my daughter only ordered a few items. Two sausages wouldn't have gone a miss, but I guess we didn't ask so didn't get! Apart from that everything was great. Great location, close to thorpe park which is why we were in the area. Staff were friendly. Check-in was quick.

Lovely old hotel

Such a lovely old hotel. Loved the location and room leading out onto a terrace overlooking the water. Breakfast was nice and freshly cooked. Free parking was a bonus Will definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, decent parking, good breakfast, great location to have a drink with lovely views across The Thames. Overall good value and not pretentious. My second visit and probably not my last.

Location - good. Convenient and quite easy to access. Staff - sparse, but friendly and polite. Facilities - main house was good, but the room itself was a bit rough. Door lock barely functioned and had clearly been forced open more than once. Chain was missing from door. Shower was a trickle. Room wasn't filthy, but far from immaculate. Fine for one night, but that was about it. We didn't even use the shower it was so poor.

A night away.

Great service given that only 2 people were shouldering all of customer service. Front desk/ bar service excellent. The girl on breakfast service was rushed off her feet, but provided great service. The room was comfortable ( in need of a little TLC) ,the bed & linens good.

Dated but very clean. Staff polite helpful and friendly. Lovely views over the lake where i had a drink.The hourly chiming of the church opposite didnt bother me.great price and the breakfast was nice.

Hampton Court visit

Nice being by the river and a short walk into Shepperton village. We didn't eat at the hotel, so we cannot comment on the food. The room was ok, but a little tired. The bathroom definitely needed updating.

Lovely old hotel by the river. I work nearby so just needed somewhere to sleep. The single room and bed where both a decent size. Mattress was very firm. The hotel was really quiet and parking was easy, so no complaints. Will definitely stay again
