"The staff were really nice and we felt welcome, but the night was quite cold because there was NO HEATING AT ALL. We were told that the hotel does not run heating to the rooms since it was not "cold enough" yet (but the low was in the 40s at night). Heating can't be that expensive, I'd rather pay $20 more per night for functional heating 😭"

"Okay but dated. Drain in bathroom sink very slow, beds kind of small, several outlets didn't work and TV channel choices extremely limited. Location is great, central to everything. A Whole Foods next door tat we used a lot."

"Me and my wife stayed here for a short trip to see Boston and to pend a day in Salem. This area is beautiful for city sights and close to anything and everything. Walking distance to the subway which made it easy to get around town. Additionally, we stayed in a room with a bathroom and everything felt clean and comfortable."
