"This hotel is indeed exceptional. Highlights are the laundry room complete with detergent, buffet breakfast and the lobby bar. We were so comfortable here. We did have a hard time getting the wifi to work. Super convenient with access to metro around the corner."

We had a rocky trip because my husband became unwell in the trip but their caring and personable attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile has eased the pain to some extent. "This hotel has the greatest location, which is just few steps from metro station & also within walking distance from the Jinan temple. There are lots of good restaurant choices around the area, from local food and as well as high end restaurants. With its convenient location, it made my trip much easier and enjoyful. "Stayed 8 nights. Hotel room is showing its age, but is clean, spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping staff very friendly and attentive. Self serve laundry is a bonus. Coffee at the lobby is surprisingly good. Love the location near River for my morning walks. Excellent value for money. "

"The spa is very relaxing. Kids loved spa, they enjoyed watching TV and having spa at the same time. Location is excellent and is close to everything. The garden is also excellent. They provided wonton and drink everyday and delivered to door which saved us lots of chaos. We had a lovely time in the hotel"
