"Absolutely brilliant hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Terrific Fitness Center. A wonderful room with plenty of space to actually unpack (sometimes rare in Japanese hotel rooms), comfortable bedding, and a state-of-the-art bathroom. Breakfast revolved around locally grown food. It was both tasty and interesting. My guess is that the place really shines during ski season with its spa, fireplace in the central bar area and location. Only downside was that there is construction going and the hotel parking lot would only hold perhaps 15 cars. With it not being ski season during our visit, the hotel was using the ski lift parking loft a couple blocks up the hill to handle overflow."

"It’s a new building, so clean, so well-equipped with kitchen facility, and so close to the train station! I totally enjoyed the stay. 素晴らしい経験でした！部屋は新しくて、綺麗で キッチンもありますよ！オススメです。"

"Exellent dinner buffet! Free shuttles (reserved) from Asahikawa and to Biei were very convenient. 3 mins walk to the famous Shirogane Bridge for great views. We didn't go to the Blue Pond due to transport logistics and lots of flying insects. Free water bottles and japanese sweets in room. Rooms were nice and clean. The only problem was our 2 rooms didn't have airconditioning, or rather, the central airconditioning is not effective at all. It was too hot to sleep for our 1 night stay in August but we would gladly stay again when it is not that hot."

"We really enjoyed this accommodation. It was very spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious. The location is also very convenient. I would stay here again."
